1. Proposal

One of the most significant challenges in remote and hybrid work is ensuring consistent communication across teams. In traditional office settings, spontaneous interactions and face-to-face communication help maintain the flow of information. In a remote or hybrid environment, however, employees often work in silos, leading to a breakdown in collaboration.

2. Decision:

Ari Wigelius was unanimously elected as the chairperson of the association, and Farhad Noori was unanimously elected as the vice-chairperson. The following members were unanimously elected to the executive board: Georgios Karhu-Jopasin, Eija Piiliä, Ulla Heino, Ismo Alhoniemi, Petri Korhonen, Mauno Lassila, and Anne Lehtonen.

Deputy members:

Silvana Berki, Eveliina Heikkilä, and Nina Lindberg.

The total composition of the executive board is 1+1+8+3, which is the maximum allowed under SDP’s regulations.

Additionally, the following positions were assigned:
  • Secretary: Ismo Alhoniemi
  • Treasurer: Petri Korhonen
  • Membership Affairs Coordinator: Ari Wigelius
